What is FinalWipe for?
FinalWipe is a great reusable alternative for most single-use paper products like paper towels and paper napkins. You can also use FinalWipe as an alternative to cotton rounds for makeup removal, facial tissues, and even toilet paper (just not with #2 if you don’t have a bidet to do the dirty work.)

Can FinalWipe be used in place of toilet paper?
Absolutely, but we advise against using FinalWipe, or any reusable toilet paper for that matter, for #2 unless you have a bidet to do the dirty work. Unless you have the proper protocols in place, poop is no joke and mishandling it can risk the spread of E. coli.

How many times can you use FinalWipe?
Depending on usage they will have a similar lifetime to a dish towel. As a part of our quality check in June, we will run a life-cycle test to evaluate the durability of a FinalWipe using accelerated stress conditions.
FinalWipe will be backed by a lifetime guarantee and additionally supported through a Recycle & Repair program. We accept all returns, old and damaged due to manufacturer’s error products so that their materials can be properly managed and recycled. Damaged items due to general wear and tear will be repaired for a reasonable charge.

Will FinalWipe come in a container?
They can! You can get everything separately or together in a kit (which we recommend). There will be two sizes of containers. The counter container is for the home-sized FinalWipes and will be small, sleek and aesthetically-pleasing for any countertop! The travel case is for the travel-sized FinalWipes and will have three compartments, one for new wipes, one for used, and a compartment with a spray nozzle so you can make a CleanTab solution anywhere!

How does the travel case work?
The Travel Case will have three compartments: one for clean wipes, one for used wipes, and one for the CleanTab solution. This third compartment will have a spray nozzle attached so you can spray anything, anywhere! Just add water and a quarter of a CleanTab to this compartment, shake, and spray.

How is this different from a rag/washcloth ?
Great question! FinalWipe will be made with bamboo and be infused with silver which inhibits the growth of bacteria, controls odors and makes FinalWipe antimicrobial! FinalWipe will also be available in a travel size that fits in a Travel Case so you can clean and sanitize when you’re on the go.

Are you donating some of the proceeds?
As a Kickstarter project, we can’t donate the funds raised to a charity or cause. All funds raised on Kickstarter must go towards facilitating the project as per Kickstarter’s rules. BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
